We launched Trousdale realty focusing on filling the gap in the market for young individuals looking to lease short and longterm rentals. Our founder, frustrated by the difficulties of the leasing conditions at the time, has made it a foundational pillar at Trousdale Realty to ensure all parties are satisfied, met with efficiency and compassion.
Trousdale Realty grew quite quickly, with our founders working tirelessly by expanding the team and working around each clients schedule. After one year in business, Trousdale had closed over 100 units, securing many apartment buildings and condominiums.
Trousdale Realty has now expanded the team, focusing on the young and efficient pillars of the company. The team is still founder led and driven by providing a solution to the exact problems that our founder, and many others, faced.
